KindHeart Foundation is striving to establish a foundation for a dignified and meaningful life through the availability of various services including but not limited to the Charitable Civic Health Care, and Education.

KindHeart Foundation is passionate to provide effective competent and compassionate services not only to the Muslim community, but all the community members we serve whether they are under insured or un-insured regardless of their race, religion, familial status, Nationality and color.

The doctors and staff at KindHeart Foundation Medical Center are dedicated to providing compassionate care for you and your entire family. Since 2009, our physicians have provided personalized health care for patients 10 and up in the Chicago land Metropolitan Area of the Cook, Dupage, Lake and Will Counties of Illinois.

Our number one goal is to help you and your families achieve and maintain good health. KindHeart Foundation Medical Center serves all patients regardless of their ability to pay. For uninsured patients discounted/ free essential services are offered depending upon the family size and income. Families must qualify according to the Federal Poverty Guidelines for the current year.

We treat a wide variety of illnesses, injuries and conditions, from urgent care issues to chronic illness. If you have an urgent condition that needs prompt attention. Same day appointments may be available subject to the availability of physician and related staff.

At KindHeart Foundation Medical Center in the Cook and surrounding Areas of Illinois, we offer a friendly and relaxed office environment with courteous doctors and staff who are responsive to your concerns. With an emphasis on continuity of care and personalized attention, you’ll feel like family.

Qualification Process:

KindHeart Foundation Medical Center serves all patients regardless of their ability to pay. For uninsured or under insured patients discounted/ free essential services are offered depending upon the family size and income. Families must qualify according to the Federal Poverty Guidelines for the current year. KindHeart Foundation Medical Center accepts third party payments Including Medicare, Medicaid and Private Insurance plans. Full payments are required for services performed from the insured or not covered by the insurance plan. Copayments are expected at the time of service rendered.
